Rich Drippon

I was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. I worked and hung out with bikers in our neighborhood since I was 12. I learned a lot from the old timers back then. I worked on and fell in love with the panheads. Started out in 1970 with a BSA 650cc and then had a few stock and chopped triumphs, bought my first Harley in 71. I rode with 1%er bike clubs since 1972.

I retired from the presidency of a large club in Ohio years ago and then went west; I've been in Washington since 1986. I was in the towing industry since 76, use to own and operate a bike shop in Lorain Ohio in the late 70's called D & G CYCLES. Sold out to my partners, Dago and Toothless a few years later.

I was injured in 2001 on the job towing. After a rather lengthy rehab process, I bought custom cycles northwest earlier this year as half owner. As of the first of this month September 2005 I bought out my partner Mark and am sole owner of business. We immediately moved the shop to our new location on Viking way next to the silver city tattoo and the mucky duck tavern.

Boss Lady

Corinna

Since then business has been brisk. My wife Corinna came in as my partner now and handles the retail part of the business. She works full time at the Albertson's all week and then comes here after her shift there and works until 8 or 9 pm and all day on her days off. I have high hopes of making our service dept larger and putting all of our clothing line into different stores around the county.

Back to my family. I have 7 kids scattered coast to coast. Scott is in Ohio, he is 33. Rick is in Florida, he is 27. Marci, she's in Everett, she's 23. Adrienne, she's in Ohio, we think, she's 21. Amanda, she's 18, she's in Indiana now. Michael, he's 16 and living in Washington as is my youngest Morgan, she's 14, going on 30. Corinna is my 4th or 5th wife and we were married with a huge gathering of family and friends and long time brothers, on Halloween in 2003. Pretty cool huh, can't forget that anniversary.

Dave

Caveman Dave

Caveman AKA David Keener- Mechanic

Dave or Caveman as we like to fondly call him here at CCNW, was born in Idaho; he served time in the US Navy, worked as a machinist as well as all aspects of the construction business. Just last year he finished construction on a home he built from the ground up in Ocean Shores, WA. Dave’s love of motorcycles started when he was little. He has also built and raced cars and was always customizing whatever he could lay his hands on. Dave and his faithful sweetheart Christa got married just last year.

We at CCNW met Dave when he showed up with his new Harley, a big grin, and a need for some saddlebags. He has not left since. He spent the better part of the day wandering around the shop checking things out, over time he became a regular visitor to the shop and we started riding and partying together and became darn good friends. When the time came that I needed a new mechanic Dave offered to help out and would come in between his other jobs and do whatever was needed. He began to stay later and later at the shop working. I taught him all I knew about the old skool bikes such as the pans, the knuckles, and the shovelheads and he took off from there. It seemed the more I pushed him on his fabrication skills the more he seemed to amaze even himself. I soon asked him to draw upon his skills as a machinist and began fabbing everything he could get his hands on. He has great vision, loves a challenge, and seems to grow with each build. Here at CCNW we have been blown away by his growth and maturity as a mechanic and fabricator.

Dave- a great guy, an awesome mechanic, a visionary, and a good friend! We expect great things from him in the future!
